Hamburger Mary's Beercade

While guys went for stripper poles and high heels for their choice for Milwaukee's best bar for a guys' night out or bachelor party, the ladies went for joysticks and high scores for their pick as, for the second straight year, the gleeful game haven Hamburger Mary's Beercade came out on top as the best Brew City spot for a girls' night out of bachelorette party.

One similarity between the two categories: Both were hotly contested competitions. While only two votes separated the guys' night out winner from second place, a mere ten votes separated the Walker's Point wonderland from this year's silver medalist, Jo-Cat's Pub. Meanwhile, Victor's and Red Rock Saloon tussled for third and fourth place while Mad Planet – already a winner this year for best dance club – rounded out the top five. 

OnMilwaukee editors' pick: Victor's

Love it or hate it, there's certainly nothing like Victor's – and the OnMilwaukee editors' certainly land on the love side, thanks to the old school Milwaukee kitsch lounge atmosphere (full of festive Christmas decor when the season strikes), fun dance floor and underrated food menu. It's the kind of authentically eclectic space they just don't anymore – and if they did, it'd feel all wrong anyways. You just can't fake a one-of-a-kind spot like Victor's.
