Fairgrounds Coffee + Tea has announced that it will open its second Milwaukee area location on Friday, June 2.
Located at 13320 Watertown Plank Rd. in Elm Grove (previously The Gingerbread House and La Cakery), the new cafe will follow in the footsteps of Milwaukee’s Yankee Hill location, offering not only its craft coffee and tea offerings, but also its cafe menu featuring breakfast and lunch items like Bad Hass avocado toast, plus fun fair-themed treats like funnel cakes.
The Elm Grove store will feature an impressive two-level staircase and a second-floor event space where live entertainment, including local bands, will perform.
"We are ecstatic to expand the Fairgrounds experience in Milwaukee," continued Schultz. “The city has already embraced the Fairgrounds family and our values of gathering and togetherness, so we can’t think of a better space than the tight-knit Elm Grove community to grow our footprint.”
Known for bringing equality to coffee and tea, as well as celebrating exploration and wonder through their food and beverage offerings, Infuse Hospitality seeks to capture the imaginations of guests with the same sense of delight that’s inspired by county and state fairs.
“We're exploring other opportunities to expand, both within the Chicago area and beyond, to bring our innovative approach to craft coffee and community building to even more people. At Fairgrounds and Infuse Hospitality, we believe that great coffee is just the beginning of what we offer, and we're excited to keep expanding our vision and impact," added Schultz.
