Yer darn tootin' I'm excited for this latest Brew City booking: The Pabst Theater will host a special screening of the Coen Brothers' "Fargo" on Wednesday, April 10, complete with William H. Macy – Jerry Lundegaard himself – in attendance.

The night will begin with a showing of the Oscar-winning dark comedy, about criminals both bumbling and cold-blooded as well as the Midwestern cops (led by Marge Gunderson, played by Frances McDormand in her first of three Academy Award-winning roles) trying to crack the case. After the credits roll, Macy – who also earned an Oscar nomination for the film – will take the stage for a special Q&A session about "Fargo," the making of the movie, its legacy, its many iconic quotes and more.

Tickets for the special "Fargo" screening will go on sale beginning Friday, Nov. 17 at 10 a.m. at the Pabst Theater Group's website. Unless you determine that you don't need to attend, which ... I'm not sure I agree with you a hundred percent on your police work there, Lou.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
