Adorable doggos. Delicious food. More adorable doggos. Goodie bags and VIB bonuses. Did I mention adorable doggos, in Halloween costumes and bopping around activity courses? Yes, there are tons of good reasons to head over to OnMilwaukee and B93.3's inaugural Bark & BBQ at the Harley-Davidson Museum Campus on Saturday, Oct. 14 – but there's also one paw-ticularly good cause at the center of it all.

During Saturday's free-to-attend free-fur-all – running from noon until 4 p.m., rain or shine – attendees' canine companions will be able to bound in a ball pit and chase on the lure course, each costing $7. The proceeds from those aww-worthy activities – along with a donation from event sponsor Tito's Vodka – will go toward Friends of MADACC. 

Friends of MADACC (Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving and drawing awareness toward the welfare of domestic animals in Milwaukee County – whether that's providing wellness programs for pet health, promoting pet ownership education for all ages, aiding in local spay and neutering programs, and more. 

There are many wonderful ways to help Friends of MADACC's mission and the paw-fect pet pals under their watch – whether that's volunteering, adopting, fostering or donating. But arguably the easiest and most entertaining way to help their cause is by joining for Bark & BBQ on Saturday, letting your dogs have a ball in the ball pit, loping after the lure on the course or by simply donating in between all the eating and puppy-watching.
