Last fall, OnMilwaukee reported that Howl at the Moon would open it's 18th location in Milwaukee at some point in 2022. Well, the time has almost come: the live music bar announced it will open on Friday, April 22.

The venue, 1103 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr., will offer live '80s and '90s music – primarily "dueling" pianos, drums and guitars – along with decadent drinks served in buckets called "Sex on the Moon," "Adios Mofo" and "Fruit Roll Up." Regular-sized cocktails, beer and specialty shots will also be available.

The grand opening night will include $1 drinks from 6 to 8 p.m. and $2 domestics abd $3 seltzers after 8 p.m. Registration for the guest list is recommended. Go here for more info.

The space is now also booking private Happy Hour Parties for up to 100 guests. Find out more about planning your next special event here.
