After announcing that they would be closing their doors on March 24, La Merenda, 125 E. National Ave., will re-open for curbside pick-up on Monday, May 4.
The international tapas restaurant will be offering a fairly extensive take-out menu featuring salads, cheese and meat platters, entrees, desserts and bottled wine.
Among the featured plates are items like their beef and vegetarian empanadas; mushroom risotto; butter chicken; Jamaican goat curry and LaClare Farms goat cheese curds simmered in chorizo cream sauce and served with crostini.
Desserts will include popular items like their car bomb cake and tres leches.
La Merenda guests can place their orders online for pick-up Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Engine Company No. 3
Engine Company No. 3 will also resume curbside pick-up beginning on Tuesday, May 5.
Offerings will include coffee drinks and a variety of breakfast and lunch items from breakfast sandwiches and crepes to pancakes, French toast and sandwiches.
Guests will also be able to order a variety of grocery items including produce, meats, kits and other locally sourced products for pick-up.
Beginning May 5, Engine Company will be open Tuesday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Orders can be placed online for pick-up.
