Several movies and TV shows will celebrate Independence Day next month, which is to say their independence from Netflix.

Indeed, the Big Red Streaming Monolith announced its monthly lineup of leaving titles – and while it could be much worse, there still are some big names making like a Fourth of July firework and dramatically exploding out of existence on the app. If you're looking for another dose of Chris Hemsworth action after "Extraction 2," give the military actioner "12 Strong" a shot before it blows this popsicle stand in early July. All of martial arts legend Donnie Yen's "Ip Man" movies will kick it elsewhere next month as well, along with Oscar nominees like "August: Osage County," "Flight" and "Julie & Julia." And Bond, James Bond will be gone, long gone as the elegantly awesome "Skyfall" will bow out by the end of the month.

With no further ado, here's the rest of the movies and TV shows leaving Netflix next month.

As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.

When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
