Have you gone on a frontier adventure to Boone & Crockett’s new location? If not, you are missing out, because the views are breathtaking, found where "National meets the water."
One can take in the beauty of Lake Michigan and the Hoan Bridge while eating delicious tacos from the Taco Moto truck, take a boat ride on a Milwaukee Paddle Tavern or kayak through Brew City Kayak. The new location is a beautiful representation of the Harbor District.
But have you discovered Boone & Crockett's refreshing mocktails, as well?
"We created a specific mocktail menu because it is another outlet for anyone that wants to explore and discover their own frontier with a variety of handcrafted mockails," said Kat Cary, general manager at Boone and Crockett. "We are a family-friendly establishment, and we are dedicated to catering to everyone while making sure everyone feels included."
The Cardinal Punch, Arnold Booner, Backseat Bingo and Bout-it Bout it are four featured mocktails, and each one exceeds expectations without exceeding your bank account, selling for just $5. These mocktails, perfect all year round for any occasion that takes you to the Harbor District, will take you on a journey of culinary exploration and help you discover your own drink palate.
Boone and Crockett’s signature mocktail is the Cardinal Punch, which features mixed blackberries, a handful of mint leaves, raw sugar syrup, lemon juice and cranberry juice, muddled with a garnish of a blackberry and mint. I can see why it's the bar's signature mocktail: The presentation and taste took me on a berry adventure.
As its name suggests, the Arnold Booner – which features lemonade, sport tea and Nuf Said with a garnish of lime slice – is a play on the Arnold Palmer. And for those who love Arnold Palmers, I highly recommend ordering this drink because it was hands down better than an Arnold Palmer – plus it'll give you a boost of energy.
The Backseat Bingo – which features lime juice, grapefruit juice, simple syrup, seltzer with a garnish of rosemary and a pinch of salt – is one of the most unique mocktail that I have had in the last three years. This mocktail will get you to step outside your drink palate – and the exploration will be worth it.
The Bout-it Bout it, featuring pineapple and orange juice, topped with Top Note ginger beer with a garnish of an amarena cherry and orange slice, mirrors a Pineapple Breeze. I fell in love – and feel like this drink could relax anyone’s day.
