The World's Largest Music Festival is in full swing. In addition to soaking in the sounds of all the great musical acts, you might want to loosen your belt to make room for some of the delicious new festival foods.

This year, Summerfest is welcoming a number of brand new vendors, including Bottle House 42 (formerly Glass + Griddle) and Fuel Cafe. In addition, vendors like Ward’s House of Prime and Pizza Man have expanded their reach with additional vendor locations.

That means there's a whole new slate of foods for you to enjoy while festing, from snacks like Buffalo cauliflower and carne asada fries to burgers, fried chicken sandwiches and more.

To make it easier for you to find all things new and notable, we’ve made a list of the new vendors and their offerings, just in time for opening day.

Don’t forget. You can make it easier to find the food you want while you’re on the grounds by downloading the Official 2021 Summerfest app. The app uses GPS enabled maps that point to food and beverage locations near you. Plus you can access menus from each vendor and the list of healthy options at the Fest provided by Aurora Healthcare right from your phone.
