Milwaukee favorites The Lumineers will bring their stompy, clappy, folksy rock sound back to Brew City this summer, announcing an AmFam Amp gig on Saturday, Aug. 26.
The "Ho Hey," "Stubborn Love" and "Ophelia" singers will be joined at the Amp show by special guest James Bay.
The two-time Grammy nominees have previously played Milwaukee a number of times – most notably at Fiserv Forum in March 2020, one of the last concerts before the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic shutdowns. The folk rockers would then return in 2021 to The Rave.
Tickets for the show will go on sale starting Friday, March 10, at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster. For more concert announcements and updates, click here – and stay tuned to OnMilwaukee.
As much as it is a gigantic cliché to say that one has always had a passion for film, Matt Mueller has always had a passion for film. Whether it was bringing in the latest movie reviews for his first grade show-and-tell or writing film reviews for the St. Norbert College Times as a high school student, Matt is way too obsessed with movies for his own good.
When he's not writing about the latest blockbuster or talking much too glowingly about "Piranha 3D," Matt can probably be found watching literally any sport (minus cricket) or working at - get this - a local movie theater. Or watching a movie. Yeah, he's probably watching a movie.
